Ombudsteams and counseling offices
For early career researchers of our Faculty
The Faculty of Psychology offers a low-threshold counseling service for early career researchers in the form of the ombudsteam.
The members of the ombudsteam act as independent and neutral advisors, mediators and support persons, and as a point of contact for problems and conflicts that arise or have arisen in the course of their work as ECRs (i.e. all academic staff in a qualification phase, but especially pre- and postdocs) at the Faculty and as part of their doctoral studies (i.e. the ombudsperson can also be contacted after the end of an employment or supervision relationship).
